If you already have a set of plans, we can quote and build straight from them. We read drawings, schedules and specifications carefully, source the nominated materials and plants, and construct to the specification — keeping the designer informed throughout if that's preferred.

PDF is ideal. We can work from printed plans too. The more detail the better — include schedules, specifications and any notes from the landscape architect. If there are gaps or ambiguities, we'll raise them before starting rather than making assumptions.
Yes. We're comfortable keeping designers informed throughout the build and raising questions with them directly. Some architects prefer to stay involved throughout; others hand over at the quoting stage. Either approach works for us.
We source specified materials first. If something isn't available, we notify the landscape architect and client promptly and request direction on an approved substitute — we don't make substitutions without approval.
Yes. We document progress through photos and can share these with the designer or property owner at agreed intervals or on request.
We stand behind our workmanship. If something isn't right within the first twelve months, we'll return to address it. Materials are subject to supplier warranties where applicable.
